  • Details: This interactive training introduces the matrix map, a visual tool used to guide your leadership in making decisions that drive exceptional impact in a financially viable manner. The matrix map allows board and staff to understand their organization by integrating mission impact and financial viability in a way that enables them to frame choices and make the adjustments and investments necessary to strengthen the business model.
